Privacy Policy

NotJustLuck AI LLC ("NotJustLuck", "we", "us") is a South Carolina company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through notjustluck.ai and in our client work, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect on this website
- Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it receives your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use this only to run and protect the site.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It doesn't set cookies, and Cloudflare says it doesn't collect or use visitors' personal data.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and the page that asked for them.
- If you write to hello@notjustluck.ai, we get your name, your email address and whatever you include.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session recording tools, and we don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Client work
When a business hires us, we may handle records that contain personal information, such as staff or customer contact details, schedules and timekeeping data. We use it only to do the work the client hired us for, following the client's instructions and our contract with them. We return or delete it when the work ends, unless the contract or the law requires us to keep it longer. If you have a question about what a business we work for holds about you, ask that business. We'll help them answer.
We don't accept health information covered by HIPAA unless a business associate agreement is in place first.
Who else sees it
We use service providers to run the business, and they use what they handle only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, email forwarding and page view counts
- Google: fonts, email and documents
- GitHub: storage for our code and documents
- Other tools a client approves for a specific project, listed in that project's agreement
We may also share it when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How we protect it
Our work laptops are encrypted, and we limit access to client data to what each job needs.
Your choices
Email hello@notjustluck.ai to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days, wherever you live.
We don't track you across other websites and we don't let anyone else do that through our site, so a browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything here.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll say so at the top of this page for 30 days.
