I run my own work this way
- A chief-of-staff system that rebuilds my task list from my notes every cycle, so it can't go stale.
- A build setup where several AI agents work at once, each in its own workspace, and nothing counts until a script checks it.
- Meeting transcripts turned into decisions, owners and dates, each one tied back to the line it came from.

What else I can take on
- Reviewing a production system: the code, how it's deployed, how secrets are handled, and what is most likely to break first. You get written findings with priorities.
